Sam is a Titled Musculoskeletal physiotherapist and director of Physio on wheels. He graduated from the RG University in 2006, and has recently completed his Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland.Sam has over 10 years experience working in spinal, sports and rehabilitative physiotherapy in private practice and public hospitals as well as teaching and mentoring junior physiotherapists and staff.

Sam has a special interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries.  He has spent a number of years working for a range of Brisbane and Sunshine Coast sporting codes such as rugby union, soccer and cricket. Consequently he has a thorough understanding of the injuries that occur in sport and the treatment required.

Sam enjoys treating both acute and chronic injuries, and working with clients of all ages. Sam has a particular interest in the diagnosis and management of shoulder and knee injuries and consults closely with surgeons from Brisbane Orthopaedic Group assisting in post-operative rehab.More recently, his study at UQ has developed his interest and skill in dealing with chronic pain, including whiplash-associated disorder, Tendon related pain and shoulder pathologies.

Previously a competitive Cricketer, Sam now leads a full and vibrant life, his interests include; Cricket, soccer, good food and wine.

Yamini Kapoor

Yamini is a senior physiotherapist and associate director of Physio on wheels. She graduated from the RG University in 2006, and completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University (Gold coast).Yamini has over 10 years experience working in spinal, women’s health and chronic pain in India and Australia. She has spent a number of years working for a range of patients from young to old and consequently has a thorough understanding of the injuries that occur in sport and the treatment required.

She takes pride in exercise prescription to rehabilitate individuals from all sectors of life whether that is sport, work, leisure or day-to-day life.Yamini is heavily involved in the management of chronic spinal pain, pre and postnatal physiotherapy and pelvic girdle pain.She is a certified hydro-therapist and uses the effectiveness of water to manage musculoskeletal and chronic pain.

In his spare time, Yamini can be found spending time with her young kids, cooking and reading.

Johnson Kwan

Johnson is a Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. He studied at the University of Queensland and was awarded first-class honors with distinction in Bachelor of physiotherapy in 2010. He returned to the University of Queensland and completed his training in the Master in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2017. Johnson has over 10 years of clinical experience working in both public and private hospital and outpatient clinics treating acute and chronic injuries and managing post-operative care of patients. Prior to commencing his work at integrate Physiotherapy, Johnson was working as an advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapist to assess and treat complex neurosurgical and orthopedic spinal patients.

Johnson has a special interest in the conservative management of knee and shoulder conditions and chronic spinal pain. Using a holistic and evidence-based approach, Johnson loves to help all his patients to achieve their goals and get their life back on track. There are three main targets for him- target on the root cause, target on a quick recovery, and target on long term prevention.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and traveling.

Nicholas (Nick) Quain

Nick graduated from the University of Queensland in 2007 and has been a physiotherapist specialising in sports and spinal therapy in the community since then. Over this time Nick has developed expert skills in manual therapy, sports medicine, dry needling, post-operative management, clinical Pilates, strength & conditioning coaching, headaches and vertigo, and specialised concussion assessment and rehabilitation.

Nick loves to share his passion for health and develop meaningful and therapeutic relationships with all his patients. His charisma and humour is infectious and he is always willing to go the extra mile for his patients. Nick strongly believes in the adage “if you enjoy what you do you will never have to work a day in your life” and you’ll rarely find him without a smile on his face.

Nick has worked, played, or been involved, with many different sports, clubs, and associations – from international representative teams to grassroots development. There are not many sports he isn’t experienced in but his favourites are football (soccer), cricket, cycling, and golf.

When not at work Nick is likely playing football or with his wife and 4 kids – most likely still playing football. He is also a qualified pianist and is known to get lost for hours in front of the baby grand piano at home.

Cliff Richardson Nelson

Cliff has been working as a physiotherapist for over 4 years and as an exercise physiologist for over 7 years . He has a strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Chris is our Accredited Exercise Physiologist. He has spent the past two years working as an EP in private practices across Queensland.

Chris has a special interest in chronic disease prevention & management, musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation, weight management, healthy ageing and athletic development.

Chris enjoys treating both acute and chronic injuries and working with clients of all ages. Chris has a passion for assisting his patients in developing the necessary self-management strategies in order for them to develop sustainable long term health habits, as a way of not only preventing the risk of chronic disease, but ensuring that they achieve their health and fitness goals.

Lesleigh is a local to Warner and lives in Warner with her family. Lesleigh is loved by our team and the patients alike. She has a mature,caring, and organized approach to her work.

Donna is one of our admin team who has been working with Integrate Physiotherapy for over 6 months years. Donna is a Warner local and she loves spending time with her grandchildren when she is not at work. Donna is committed to a high level of customer service and is available to assist clients with a wide range of needs. Donna believes that helping people to feel good is one of the most important aspects of her job.

Maddie is currently studying to become a Physiotherapist and is passionate about learning from our team so she can deliver excellent patient care when she graduates. She also knows first hand the importance of the rehabilitation process from her various injuries as a hockey player and currently plays locally in the Brisbane Division 1 competition.
